On purchase of a complete spectacle (1 frame + 2 lenses in a single invoice) valued upto Rs. 1.25 lac, the customer will receive a FREE Spec Assure Plan to protect the spectacle from accidental damages or power changes (power change with change of minimum 0.5 dioptre in either or both eyes). This is a limited-time offer. New Spec Assure Plan gives the Assurance of Replacement of the Spectacle (Spec/Frame/Lenses) against Accidental Damages and Power Changes.
Spec Assure Plan will be applicable on the purchase of a complete spectacle. It gives replacement assurance to complete specs as well as to only frames or lenses.
The new Spec Assure Plan is applicable for spectacle (one frame + one pair of lenses) of any brand (IB, HB, Combination), value upto Rs.1.25 lac. Not applicable on Aristo gold frame, Audio SG, Sunglasses, Computer glasses, Ready Readers, Spec above 1.25 lac, split invoice of frame & lenses etc.
The enrollment for the Spec Asusre Plan happens as an automated system during invoicing/billing of a completed spectacle (1 frame + 2 lenses). The customer gets sms and email trigger instantly from Solvy / Zopper.
In such cases, it is preferable to invoice each spectacle separately (i.e.1 frame + 2 lenses in a single invoice) in order to be eligible for the Spec Assure Plan for free replacement.
No, free Spec Assure Plan is not applicable if frame and lenses are billed separately due to offer or any other reason. To be eligible for free Spec Assure Plan, the complete spectacle (1 frame + 2 lenses) should be billed together.

Case 2: HB frame billed under 6k-8k offer, IB lenses are placed order separately – NO free Spec Assure Plan

Case 4: HB spectacle order placed or invoiced with 1 frame and 2 lenses in a same invoice under 6k-8k offer – YES, free Spec Assure Plan is applicable
Spec Assure Plan will be applicable if customer purchases EyeX spectacle (1 EyeX frame + 2 lenses). For EyeX, coverage includes physical damage and breakage of the frame only. Spec Assure Plan does not cover protection against any electrical / Bluetooth components.
