To be eligible, customers must have undergone eye testing and received their prescription from Titan Eye+
Only Titan progressive lens pairs are eligible for this money-back assurance on non-adaptation.
Eligible customers may choose a refund or opt for the same/different or upgraded lens pair, with any price difference for upgrades payable by the customer.
Power changes and scratches on the lens are not covered under this assurance.
