Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Contact Lens Subscription ordering program. These Terms are between you and Titan Company Limited and/or Titan Eye+ and govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Titan Eye+ related to Contact lens subscription. Please note that your use of the Titan Eye+ website is also governed by our Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Titan Eye+ website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Contact Lens Subscription, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.
Titan Company Limited reserves the right to change the Contact Lens Subscription benefits (like discount offered, price of the product) at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, prices offered, taxes, availability).
Your Contact Lens Subscription will be placed with us for the Contact Lens to which you subscribe, and until you cancel will automatically create a new order with us according to the refill schedule and date mentioned at time of out for the subscription.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your Titan Eye+ account on our website. Then, navigate to My Account and select My Subscription Profiles from the menu on the left. Find the subscription you wish to cancel, click on "Cancel Subscription," and confirm your decision.
Please be aware that canceling an individual order within your subscription plan will not terminate your entire subscription.
Contact Lens Subscription benefits are limited to items displaying the Subscription Available message.
Contact Lens Subscription is only available to customers shipping to addresses in India. Your participation in the Contact Lens Subscription program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.
Contact Lens Subscription promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the subscription offer message on the item information pages, and then only if you select the Subscribe & Buy Now button.
All returns under Contact Lens Subscription are subject to the Titan Eye+ Returns policy.
UPI and Credits or Debit Cards are the only available payment methods you can use to pay for items delivered as part of your Contact Lens Subscriptions.
Cash on Delivery or any other payment methods are not available for Subscriptions.
After you accept the subscription for a particular product and successfully place an order with us an e- mandate gets created with Razorpay, a mandate is a standard instruction that you provide to your issuing bank and other institutions allowing them to automatically debit the mentioned amount from your bank account.
After the successful authorization of the e-mandate, as per your refill cycle frequency (mentioned while subscribing an item) a new order will get created as per the frequency and an auto debit of the order amount will happen from your account.
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Titan Eye+ website, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
