We were on a very short visit to India and had to get our eyes tested and specs changed within a very tight schedule. We were a bit skeptical when we were assured of all three specs (one of them progressive) within 3 working days. But Ms Nilanjana and her colleagues ensured delivery as promised. The entire process of testing, choosing frames and lenses, and post delivery fitting was a breeze. Ms Nilanjana and all the staff at the Vadapalani branch were professional in their interactions and extremely courteous. I strongly recommend a visit to this branch of Titan Eye Plus if you are planning testing your eyes and buying specs.
