We have purchased a stepper specs from Titan eyeplus MG road for inr 14k . It was said to be best in class quality. But just within 3 days the lens came out separate from the frame . We went to the shop to get it fixed And they provided a temporary fix only . This issue with the specs is happening iteratively and everytime we are taking the specs to the showroom to get it fixed. The shop executive's/keeper's are neither giving a solid fix nor giving a replacement. Going to shop every now and then for repair is not easy for us and that too after purchasing a costly 14k specs trusting on its quality. Im now regretting for choosing Titan eyeplus, even local opticians will give better service than this.

We chose Titan Eyeplus MG road based on customer reviews. By far the best optical showroom I have visited in Trivandrum. Optician was very patient while testing vision. Their customer service is praiseworthy. Glen patiently listened to our requirements, cleared all our doubts and suggested the best in progressive lens. They have a wide collection of frames as well.
