I had a horrible experience at titan eye plus showroom. I have been a customer for about 10 years and recently I had been there to purchase a pair of spectacles. The store attendant pointed out the cat eye spectacles and said they were new. When I ried it on it was loose but the store attendant mentioned it could be tightened. I received the glasses after the lenses were fitted on. When I tried the spectacles they kept falling off my face. I went back to the store to get the frame tightened. The frame was bent near the metal end to make sure they were tight enough to fit my face. I started wearing it and then had pain behind my ears and noticed that the metal was digging into the back of my ears and it was sore.
I had to go back twice to the store to get this corrected but to no avail. I am now wearing these pair of glasses and they are quite loose and uncomfortable. The ends of the spectacles are sharp and it hurts where the spectacles were bent.
On top of it these are titan signature lenses and should be comfortable to wear. This is the first time I have had to wear such disagreeable frames and have never had such a bad experience. Now I am stuck with a warranty on the frame but I cannot get the glasses replaced as they will provide me with the same frame and not pay back the difference in amount as per the chat I had online with an employee.
