How do I track my order?
You can track your order from your ‘my account’ page or an email with the tracking information, that will be sent to you once the product is dispatched. You can add the AWB number in the respective courier partner websites and track it directly.
Where can I track all my previous purchases?
You can track them in your 'My Account" page provided you had signed up, before making the purchase. However, if you have checked out as a guest, it would not reflect in your account.
What is the standard shipping time for frames, sunglasses and others?
Shipping takes anywhere between 3 to 5 days for delivery. For frames it takes two days; for frames and lens it takes four days; for sunglasses it takes two days; for contact lens it takes four days and Ready Readers would take 2 days.
Can I know which store this specific SKU is available in?
Yes. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and we will get back to you at the earliest.
Is expedited shipping available?
No. Expedited shipping is not available.
How long is the warranty period?
All our products come with a minimum of 6-months warranty.

What is the return policy, including exchange and refunds, on your products?
Once you have purchased a product, it is non-refundable. Products can however be exchanged only within seven days of receiving the product. The exchange order value needs to be higher than the initial product that you purchased.
In how many days will my return product be collected?
Within 3 to 5 days of making the request, the product that you purchased will be picked up by our courier partner.
Who collects the product?
Our registered courier partners. The products are not to be sent on their own until mentioned specifically to you.
How should I pack the product?
Kindly show the product to the pick-up executive and then seal them in the tamper proof cover provided by the executive. Put the return label (sent over an email) on the cover before you return it.
How do I place an exchange order?
Upon receiving the confirmation from us, you can make a selection of a desired product from our website. The product that you choose, can be of the same price as the exchange product or higher in price than that of your exchange product. While placing an order, please select the mode of payment as "Cash on Delivery" and mention your old order number in the order comments.
Will I get a refund if the exchange product value is lower?
In how many days will I receive the new product once the pick-up has been done?
As per the policy, we will dispatch the new product only after the old product has been received back at our facility. The whole timeline should be completed within 10 business days.
Can the reverse pick-up be done from any other location apart from the delivery address?
Yes. We can pick up the product from any location in India provided our courier partner services that area.

What is my order status for the order placed at the store?
You can check your order status with the store as the online team does not have the information pertaining to that order. Please check the contact details of the store from our store locator.
Is this specific stock available in my nearest store?
Currently, we do not have the option to check this for you.

Can two promotions be combined?
No. You cannot combine two existing offers.
Why is the offer available online and not at the store?

The service is available only in Bangalore.
